If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please send us an email at contact@jewlze.com and include your order number. Please allow 2-3 working days for us to review your claim. If approved, we'll provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and our return shipping address.

Terms & Conditions:

• Your claim must be lodged within 14 days from your purchase date.
• Our Money Back Guarantee doesn't apply to products bought during a sale period or where a discount/promotional code has been used.
• Each customer is only able to make a claim once, and it must be their first order on Jewlze.com. If you've previously made a purchase from us, unfortunately, you're not eligible to lodge a money back claim.

Please note that the customer is responsible for the return shipping fee, and a 25% administrative fee will be deducted from the refund total.
